Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience to oversee and manage all sales activities for the company's core products (eggs, chicken meat, chicken feeds, and WAKALA services). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, expertise in online marketing, and a strategic approach to business development.

Duties And Responsibilities
  •  Drive and manage all sales activities for the company’s products: eggs, chicken meat, chicken feeds, and WAKALA services.
  • Develop new products and identify potential markets for expansion.
  • Ensure all customers are registered in the online system and all sales transactions are processed and deposited through the bank system.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and market penetration.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Plan and coordinate workshops, seminars, and events for customers and out-growers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Achieve consistent sales goals and revenue targets through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Utilize online marketing techniques to promote products and services.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track sales performance and marketing efforts.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other online platforms to manage sales data and marketing activities.

Education Other Skills Required
  •  Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the agricultural or FMCG sector.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a manual vehicle.
  • Strong background in mathematics, with the ability to analyze sales and market data effectively.
  • Experience in online marketing and digital platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and online marketing tools.
