Duties And Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in French-speaking markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients using persuasive communication skills.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive trends with French-speaking clients.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine product offerings and strategies.
Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals effectively.
Prepare detailed proposals and sales reports for internal and client use.
Provide support to French-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure seamless communication between the company and clients.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to understand and analyze customer needs.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
