Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer fluent in French on behalf of our client to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and expanding our market reach in French-speaking regions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in French-speaking markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients using persuasive communication skills.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive trends with French-speaking clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine product offerings and strategies.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals effectively.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and sales reports for internal and client use.
  • Provide support to French-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the company and clients.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
