Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics/Travel Coordinator on behalf of our client to oversee all aspects of corporate and group travel while managing the company’s branding, marketing, and social media presence. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a flair for creativity and a strong understanding of travel coordination, corporate image management, and customer experience enhancement.
Duties And Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of corporate travel, including domestic and international arrangements.
Coordinate ground transportation, accommodation, and itineraries for corporate meetings, conferences, and group travel.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of hotel and travel information for corporate use.
Facilitate visa processing and ensure all relevant travel documents are prepared for international trips.
Collaborate with corporate companies to arrange analysts’ marketing trips and ensure seamless travel logistics.
Create and manage company social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and maintain the company’s profile and web page, ensuring a professional and engaging online presence.
Design and promote branding strategies to enhance the company’s image and improve customer experience.
Create and market attractive local travel packages tailored to various customer segments.
Author and implement policies and procedures for corporate travel and relocation.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies while optimizing cost and efficiency.
Facilitate and organize group travel for corporate and small groups, ensuring all aspects are coordinated seamlessly.
Provide tailored travel solutions and itineraries for international and domestic corporate accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for group travel inquiries and logistics.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in travel coordination, logistics, or a related role. Experience in marketing or social media management is a plus.
Proficiency in travel management systems and tools.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
