Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Logistics Sales Representatives on behalf of our client to join their team. This role is essential in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our logistics services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Promote and sell our logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution solutions, tailored to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the market.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build contacts within the logistics sector.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of freight, transportation, and logistics services.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
