Duties And Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
Address and resolve customer concerns related to shipments, deliveries, and logistics services in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively communicate delays, changes, or updates to customers, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
Collaborate with logistics teams, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Track shipments and provide customers with real-time updates on their orders.
Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints using CRM software.
Analyze recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
Support the preparation of reports on customer service metrics and logistics operations.
Build strong, positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including tracking systems and delivery processes.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
