Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executive with a strong background in logistics to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to shipments, deliveries, and logistics services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively communicate delays, changes, or updates to customers, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Track shipments and provide customers with real-time updates on their orders.
  • Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints using CRM software.
  • Analyze recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Support the preparation of reports on customer service metrics and logistics operations.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including tracking systems and delivery processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
