Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Logistics Sales Representative with a strong background in logistics to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and providing tailored logistics solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, in-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, and excellent communication skills.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients within the logistics and supply chain industry to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and meetings to promote the company's logistics services, including freight, warehousing, and distribution solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their logistics needs.
  • Address client concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly update clients on service enhancements, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Monitor shipment processes and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation or delivery.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely updates on shipments, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the Sales Manager.
  • Suggest improvements to sales strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and logistics management software.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with international shipping, customs regulations, and supply chain solutions.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
