Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Officer to manage our company's procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality and cost-efficient products and services, maintaining positive supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Oversee and supervise all activities of the purchasing department.
  • Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased.
  • Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Update and maintain supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
  • Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts.
  • Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.
  • Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Attention to detail.
