Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office, managing office supplies, and providing support to staff and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and efficient work environment.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ensure all areas of the office, including workstations, conference rooms, and common areas, are clean and organized. This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and cleaning materials. Place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare and send outgoing mail as required.
  • Assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Ensure office equipment, such as printers and copiers, are in good working condition. Report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office support or customer service role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, visitors, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in using office management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, addressing challenges diplomatically.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
