Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that business objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable solutions that drive organizational success.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and challenges.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, decisions, and changes.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
- Assist in developing prototypes, use cases, and test plans.
- Support the implementation of new systems or processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate communication and ensure all parties understand project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform decision-making.
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a business analysis role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, gap analysis, BPMN).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability.
- Effective collaboration and teamwork.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
