Duties And Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Test and calibrate machinery and equipment for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system functionality.
- Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide timely resolutions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
Education Other Skills Required
- Diploma or certification in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and mechanical components.
- Proficient in reading technical schematics and manuals.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work in different environments and occasionally outside regular hours.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance.
- Experience working with industrial automation systems or robotics.
- Knowledge of PLC systems and control panels.
