Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and support our sales efforts in delivering tailored cloud-based business solutions to customers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business needs, ensuring clients receive customized, effective solutions that address their challenges. Duties And Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Technical Support
Work closely with the sales team to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate cloud-based business solutions.
Conduct gap analysis to identify customization and integration needs for customers.
Design and propose tailored solutions that align with client goals and business processes.
2. Product Demonstrations & Presentations
Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Clearly articulate the value of solutions, addressing technical challenges and business outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, webinars, and proof-of-concept sessions for clients to showcase solution capabilities.
3. Technical Expertise & Consulting
Act as a technical advisor during client meetings, addressing product features, integrations, and customization possibilities.
Support customers in understanding implementation workflows and the onboarding process.
Suggest best practices and process improvements to maximize client satisfaction.
4. Sales Collaboration & Enablement
Partner with sales executives to create effective strategies for winning new business.
Assist with technical proposals, RFPs, and RFIs by providing detailed input.
Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation teams for project execution.
5. Customer Engagement & Feedback
Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Gather feedback to identify areas for product or service improvement.
6. Industry Knowledge & Learning
Stay updated on the latest advancements in cloud-based software and SaaS solutions.
Understand market trends, industry challenges, and competitors to provide relevant insights.
Education Other Skills Required
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud-based applications, and digital tools.
Experience with business software solutions like CRM, ERP, HRMS, or financial systems is a plus.
Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution architecture, preferably in SaaS or IT services.

Other Requirements
