Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your primary focus will be conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and optimizing digital interfaces for usability and accessibility.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
- Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and UX best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging UX technologies.
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
