Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Camp Manager to join our team and help ensure seamless day-to-day operations at our camp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Support the Camp Manager in managing staff, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain exceptional guest relations, addressing inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Work closely with different departments, including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance, to uphold service excellence.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and record-keeping.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or any related field
  • Previous experience in camp, lodge, or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of hospitality systems and basic financial management.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail.
