We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Camp Manager to join our team and help ensure seamless day-to-day operations at our camp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
Support the Camp Manager in managing staff, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain exceptional guest relations, addressing inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly.
Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
Work closely with different departments, including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance, to uphold service excellence.
Handle administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and record-keeping.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or any related field
Previous experience in camp, lodge, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a remote setting with flexibility and adaptability.
Knowledge of hospitality systems and basic financial management.
