Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of leading sales teams to success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize team productivity.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and one-on-one coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including CRM management and performance tracking.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Diploma in Business Administration majoring in Sales or Marketing, PR or any related field
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
