Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the company’s daily activities across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing security personnel, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with local authorities, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills to uphold the company’s standards of security and service excellence.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily company activities across all sites nationwide.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients and promote the company’s business and security products.
  • Design and implement efficient operational systems for security management.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and security analysisto identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure a safe working environment through strict access control, diligent patrol, and monitoring of security personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsin security operations.
  • Lead and manage line managers, officers, and supervisorsacross all branches.
  • Guide managers and officers in investigating security incidentsand preparing detailed reports.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise security guards and officers, ensuring their performance meets company standards.
  • Schedule staff rosters in alignment with customer requirements and operational needs.
  • Ensure security guards are deployed appropriatelybased on their skills and experience.
  • Oversee and coordinate security guard vetting and background checksin collaboration with the police force.
  • Regularly visit clients and sitesto assess guard performance and client satisfaction.
  • Respond immediatelyto emergency calls for disorderly conduct or security incidents.
  • Serve as a key advisorto the Managing Director on operational matters.
  • Work closely with clients to establish the value of losses or theftat client premises.
  • Maintain company reputationby ensuring professionalism in security operations.
  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of security service contracts in alignment with company standards.
  • Proactively gather intelligence and address issues before scheduling meetings with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present daily, monthly, and periodic reportson security operations and safety management.
  • Ensure proper documentation of security incidents, operational activities, and investigations.
  • Work closely with local authorities and law enforcement to align security services with customer requirements.
  • Implement and oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Periodically travel upcountry for inspections, business expansion, and client consultations.
  • Prepare and manage the departmental budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure proper allocation and utilization of resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and control operational expenditures while maintaining service quality.
  • Coordinate and oversee security training programsfor guards both within and outside the company.
  • Develop and implement training strategies to enhance the skills and professionalism of security personnel.
  • Take initiative in resolving security issues affecting the company and its clients.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experiencein operations management, security services, or law enforcement.
  • Strong knowledge of security risk assessments, investigations, and security training.
  • Experience in managing and supervising large teamsacross multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in report writing, budgeting, and operational planning.
