Job Summary
The marketing team is led by a Marketing Manager who plans and carries out marketing initiatives. To develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaign schedules, they examine the company's objectives and conduct research on their target market. After assigning duties to their marketing team, marketing manager monitors the campaign's performance and ensure it adheres to the timetable and budgets they have established.

A marketing manager main responsibility is to grow company revenue by supervising the whole marketing division. This duty includes evaluating and developing your business's marketing strategy and plan, as well as organizing, coordinating, and leading marketing initiatives. In addition to researching competitors, a marketing manager studies the demand for a company's goods and services.

Duties And Responsibilities
  •  Leading the company's strategy creation and portfolio/investment recommendations to deliver sustainable share increase in TBA (Total Business Alcohol)
  • Consumer obsessive, continually accessing fast and slow data about the category, consumer, competition, and trends to position brands in culture and develop the best marketing strategies.
  • Formulating ambitious and inventive marketing tactics to boost the company's brand position.
  • Create and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at increasing consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive Digital Marketing Efforts, enabling dramatic change through data-driven insights.
  • Having strong P&L accountability that monitors and drives brand performance to ensure it meets category AOP (Annual Operating Plan), as well as anticipating and managing upsides and risks to assure target attainment with adequate resource allocation.

  • Leading the department required marketing initiatives and routines.

Marketing Manager Job qualifications and requirements
  • Experience with a Business Degree or a professional marketing qualification (CIM) 
  • 8 years or more of experience in a senior marketing role. It is advantageous to have prior sales and commercial leadership experience. 
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is crucial for developing successful local brands. 
  • Extensive experience in positions where strategic decision-making is crucial, weighing options, juggling immediate and long-term concerns.
  • Success record in foreign business environments and organizations will be an added advantage.
  • Functioning within a vast corporate network that includes several brand owner duties and shareholder contact points.
  • The management of departments and organizations functioning in intricate, multifaceted consumer and channel environments.
