- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Social Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a mid-sized transport company.
- Previous experience with NSSF, WCF, PAYE, and payroll fillings.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and OSHA regulations.
- Experience in HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality)
