Job Summary
The HR and Compliance Manager will oversee all human resource functions and ensure compliance with labor, payroll, and safety regulations. This role involves managing employee and driver records, handling payroll processes, and ensuring the company adheres to labor laws and HSSEQ standards. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative problem-solving skills, coupled with significant experience in the transport industry.

Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and manage detailed driver and employee records.
  2. Prepare salary schedules for employees and drivers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  3. Disburse salaries and oversee driver deductions.
  4. Issue vouchers for drivers and prepare traffic fine deductions.
  5. Facilitate on boarding process for employees and drivers.
  6. Coordinate with the Driver Compliance Officer to monitor and enforce compliance Standards.
  7. Handle NSSF, WCF, PAYE, and payroll fillings accurately and on time.

Education Other Skills Required
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Social Science or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a mid-sized transport company.
  3. Previous experience with NSSF, WCF, PAYE, and payroll fillings.
  4. Solid understanding of labor laws and OSHA regulations.
  5. Experience in HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality)

  3. Faultless administrative skills to ensure smooth HR operations.

Certifications & Licenses
Optional: Certifications in HR management, labor law compliance or HSSEQ are advantageous.
