The Driver Compliance Officer will oversee driver on boarding, performance monitoring, and compliance with safety and operational standards. This role is key to maintaining a high-performing driver team, ensuring adherence to labor laws, safety protocols, and operational guidelines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in transport company operations.

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Social Science or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience working in mid-sized transport company.
3. Knowledge of labor laws and OSHA regulations.
4. Experience in HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality)

Certifications & Licenses
Optional: Certification in HSSEQ or labor law compliance are advantageous
