Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting key benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals successfully.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments to enhance sales performance.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and explore new markets.
  • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in selling FMCG, financial services, telecommunications, or B2B products.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer needs and industry dynamics.
