Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for meeting company goals and expectations in planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating the human resource management policies and activities, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
  2. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
  3. Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Communication:Ensure clear, transparent internal communication and HR best practices.
  • People Development Plans:Implement talent development and succession planning strategies.
  • Compensation and Benefits:Manage salary structures, benefits programs, and compliance.
  • Performance Management:Oversee performance appraisals, feedback, and KPI tracking.
  • Compliance:Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and HR policies.
  • Policy Development and Implementation:Create, update, and enforce company HR policies.
  • Disciplinary and Grievances Management:Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievances.
  • Record Keeping and HR Documentation:Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documents.
  • Employee Engagement:Drive engagement initiatives, team-building, and wellness programs.
  • Recruitment, Retention, and Training:Lead hiring, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics:Provide HR metrics, workforce planning, and data-driven insights.
  • HR Strategy and Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Bachelor of Laws will be an added advantage.
    A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
Post Qualification Experience - The Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
  • 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role and strategy development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


*Deliver on the AOP, Develop, Department strategy, Manage and achieve / exceed the performance targets agreed within strategy, Establish and maintain correct governance processes.
