Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales & Reservation Specialist to join our innovative hospitality team. In this role, you will blend proactive sales efforts with exceptional reservation management to drive revenue and deliver an unparalleled guest experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure every guest receives personalized attention from inquiry to arrival.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Efficiently handle inbound inquiries and manage bookings using our advanced reservation system.
  • Accurately process confirmations, payments, and updates to maintain seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and service delivery.
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to promote unique service offerings and packages.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted promotional campaigns.
  • Provide personalized, attentive support to guests, addressing special requests and resolving issues promptly.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and exceptional service.
  • Work closely with front office, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a coordinated approach to guest service.
  • Prepare regular reports on reservation trends, sales performance, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, reservations, or a related role within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency with reservation and CRM software, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a focus on results.
