Job Summary
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our insurance company's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive business growth through effective marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Identify key market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to drive brand differentiation.
  • Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and direct marketing channels.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive online engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to position insurance products effectively in the market.
  • Design targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness, policy uptake, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Enhance customer experience through personalized communication, loyalty programs, and educational initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing materials, pitch decks, and promotional content.
  • Support sales efforts with lead generation strategies, agent training, and referral programs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine marketing tactics and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer behavior studies to inform marketing strategies.
  • Track key marketing KPIs, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in marketing efforts.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within insurance, financial services, or related industries.
  • Experience leading digital marketing campaigns and brand management initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, market segmentation, and customer behavior.
  • Expertise in budget management, campaign planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, working collaboratively across departments.
