Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experience at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, food quality, and team leadership, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and a world-class dining experience.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative menusthat align with guest preferences and culinary trends.
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, maintaining consistency across all outlets.
  • Source and incorporate fresh, local, and seasonal ingredientsto enhance menu offerings.
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Implement and enforce food safety, sanitation, and HACCP protocols.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring cost control, minimal waste, and optimal stock levels.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessionson food preparation techniques, hygiene, and quality control.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to uphold exceptional service and kitchen discipline.
  • Develop and manage the kitchen budget, optimizing food and labor costs without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate supplier contracts and control food costs.
  • Monitor kitchen expenses and implement cost-effective strategiesto enhance profitability.
  • Work closely with F&B managers, event coordinators, and hotel managementto ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and incorporate personalized culinary experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, continuously improving menu offerings and dining concepts.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experiencein a senior culinary role, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
  • Proven experience in menu creation, kitchen leadership, and high-volume food production.
  • Expertise in international and local cuisines, with a strong understanding of flavor profiles and plating techniques.
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene regulations, and food cost management.
  • Proficiency in kitchen equipment maintenance and modern cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management skillswith the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skillsin a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity, passion for food, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
