Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to support our business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients for our banking products and services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in prospecting, lead qualification, and customer acquisition, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and market expansion.
Duties And Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and reach out to potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, to promote banking products and services.
Utilize various channels, including cold calls, referrals, networking events, and digital platforms, to generate quality leads.
Maintain an active pipeline of high-potential leadsand ensure timely follow-ups.
Educate prospects on the bank’s products, financial solutions, and services, aligning them with their financial needs.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries.
Schedule appointments and meetings for sales teams with interested prospects.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
Stay updated on banking industry trends, regulations, and financial products.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reportson lead conversion rates and sales performance.
Work towards achieving set targets and KPIsfor lead generation and client acquisition.
Education Other Skills Required
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation, preferably in banking, financial services, or insurance.
Strong understanding of banking products and financial services.
Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management software, and digital prospecting techniques.
Ability to analyze customer needs and match them with appropriate banking solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillswith the ability to build trust quickly.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesto convert leads into clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactivein identifying new opportunities.
