Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and referral clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
Create tailor-made safari experiencesthat align with client budgets, interests, and expectations.
Provide expert advice on destinations, wildlife seasons, accommodation options, and travel logistics.
Ensure seamless coordination between lodges, tour operators, and transportation providers.
Stay updated on safari trends, competitor offerings, and emerging travel destinations.
Identify new market segments and develop strategies to attract high-value clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional content and sales campaigns.
Handle reservations, contracts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with the operations team to confirm availability, permits, and special client requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve any pre-trip, on-trip, or post-trip customer concerns.
