Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations while handling financial tasks, including invoicing and petty cash management. The ideal candidate is articulate, presentable, and possesses strong communication skills.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a professional work environment.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and general office logistics.
- Maintain and update company records, documents, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, and office policies.
- Handle invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups on payments.
- Manage petty cash transactions, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Assist in budget monitoring, financial reporting, and liaising with external accountants.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in the oil, gas, or manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and accounting principles is a bonus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Preferably to have had worked in an Automotive company.
