Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Preform Sales Executive to drive sales growth for our plastic bottle manufacturing company. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the water industry and plastic packaging sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue for preforms and plastic packaging solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bottled water, beverage, and FMCG sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including water bottling companies, beverage manufacturers, and packaging distributors.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements while ensuring profitability.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Collaborate with clients to identify customized packaging solutions that meet their specific needs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Monitor sales performance against targets and implement strategies to improve results.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in plastic packaging solutions.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in plastic packaging, preforms, and the bottled water industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and industry regulations is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
