Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop and execute innovative online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, and analytics, with a passion for leveraging digital platforms to achieve marketing goals.
Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital growth.
Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all digital channels.
Develop engaging and high-quality content, including social media posts, blogs, videos, and email newsletters.
Manage and grow social media communities, responding to customer inquiries and fostering brand engagement.
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce compelling visuals and copy.
Plan and execute influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
Optimize website content for search engine visibility (SEO) and improve user experience.
Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools to identify areas for improvement.
Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance conversion rates.
Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns.
Use insights from data analytics to refine and improve marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and lead generation strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
