Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop and execute innovative online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, content creation, and analytics, with a passion for leveraging digital platforms to achieve marketing goals.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all digital channels.
  • Develop engaging and high-quality content, including social media posts, blogs, videos, and email newsletters.
  • Manage and grow social media communities, responding to customer inquiries and fostering brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce compelling visuals and copy.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
  • Optimize website content for search engine visibility (SEO) and improve user experience.
  • Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tracking tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  • Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns.
  • Use insights from data analytics to refine and improve marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
  • Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
