Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth for our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and enhancing the hotel's market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, guest experience, and destination marketing.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract local and international guests.
  • Execute targeted promotional campaigns for different segments, including leisure, business, and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create special packages, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and guest preferences.
  • Manage and grow the hotel’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content, including photos, videos, blogs, and email newsletters, to promote the hotel.
  • Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising to maximize visibility and bookings.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, using insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel influencers, bloggers, and media outlets.
  • Develop press releases, hotel stories, and partnerships to enhance the hotel’s reputation.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Enhance the guest experience through personalized marketing initiatives.
  • Implement strategies to encourage repeat visits and positive guest reviews.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google Reviews.
  • Support the sales team in B2B and corporate partnerships to drive group bookings and events.
  • Collaborate with travel agencies, OTAs, and tour operators to expand the hotel's market reach.
  • Track marketing ROI and adjust strategies to maximize revenue generation.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel marketing, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Experience with hotel booking platforms, OTA marketing, and revenue management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
