Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lubricant Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing new sales opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, extensive knowledge of lubricants and motor oils, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Identify, target, and establish relationships with key customers, including automotive workshops, fleet operators, industrial firms, and distributors.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing deals with B2B clients.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide expert product recommendations and technical support based on client needs.
  • Work closely with the technical team to offer lubrication solutions and best practices to customers.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on payments and adherence to company credit policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest lubricant technologies, applications, and industry standards.
  • Educate customers on product benefits, specifications, and proper usage.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and sales teams.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years in B2B sales within the lubricants, automotive, or industrial sectors. Experience in regional markets is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of lubricants, motor oils, and their applications. Prior experience with international brands (e.g., Total, Shell, Castrol) is beneficial.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region. A valid driver’s license is required.
