Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lubricant Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing new sales opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, extensive knowledge of lubricants and motor oils, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Identify, target, and establish relationships with key customers, including automotive workshops, fleet operators, industrial firms, and distributors.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing deals with B2B clients.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Provide expert product recommendations and technical support based on client needs.
Work closely with the technical team to offer lubrication solutions and best practices to customers.
Ensure timely follow-up on payments and adherence to company credit policies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest lubricant technologies, applications, and industry standards.
Educate customers on product benefits, specifications, and proper usage.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and sales teams.
Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years in B2B sales within the lubricants, automotive, or industrial sectors. Experience in regional markets is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of lubricants, motor oils, and their applications. Prior experience with international brands (e.g., Total, Shell, Castrol) is beneficial.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region. A valid driver’s license is required.
