Job Summary
As a Procurement Officer you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's procurement activities, ensuring that the company secures the best quality products and services at the most competitive prices. This role is crucial in maintaining the supply chain and ensuring the smooth operation of the auto repair company by sourcing parts, tools, and services needed for daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive repair industry.
Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards. Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs.
Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a procurement role. Strong negotiation and communication skill
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge in accounts and finance procedures
Experience in automobile, experience has to be A plus.
