Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Officer to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring efficiency within the organization. This role involves coordinating resources, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration across departments to meet business goals effectively.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational initiatives and projects.
- Support the Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
- Coordinate cross-departmental workflows to enhance productivity and meet deadlines.
- Assist in the management of budgets, schedules, and resources for ongoing projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation for senior management.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to support seamless business operations.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including inventories, schedules, and task lists.
Education Other Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an operational or administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and operational management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Knowledge of operational regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
